Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Orders are shipped withinin two business days from receipt of payment.

A. kimoYES is an Australian company based in Canberra.

Q. What currencies do you use on your website?
A. All prices are in Australian dollars however if you use Paypal, you may pay in US Dollars, Pounds, Euros or Yen.

Q. What is your returns policy?
A. Products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If the product is not as described, shipping costs will be borne by kimoYES. Otherwise, the customer is expected to bear the additional shipping charges.

Q. What condtion are the fabrics in?
A. Antique kimono fabrics often have needle holes, dye smudges, light foxing etc.. These do not generally detract from the beauty of the fabric however if they do, it will be noted in the catalogue.

Q. What shipping options are available?
A. All customers have the option of regular post. Australian customers also have the option of registered post. Shipping for large orders can be arranged by emailing jill@kimoyes.com directly.
