How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are shipped within two business days (usually one) from receipt of payment.
Do you ship internationally?

kimoYES is an Australian company based in Canberra.
What currencies do you use on your website?
Prices are originally in Australian Dollars (AUD), but you may change your preferred currency to US Dollars, Pounds, Euros, Canadian dollars, or New Zealand dollars. If you wish to pay for your order in any currency other than Australian Dollars, you must check out via paypal (no paypal account is required). For more information about currencies, click here.
What is your returns policy?
Products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If the product is not as described, shipping costs will be borne by kimoYES. Otherwise, the customer is expected to bear the additional shipping charges. If you are unhappy with your kimoYES purchases, please contact jill@kimoyes.com as soon as possible.
What condtion are the fabrics in?
Antique kimono fabrics often have needle holes, dye smudges, light foxing etc.. These do not generally detract from the beauty of the fabric however if they do, it will be noted in the catalogue.
What shipping options are available?
All customers have the option of regular post. Australian customers also have the option of registered post. Shipping for large orders can be arranged by emailing jill@kimoyes.com directly.
