Retro Japanese hand-made wall hanging. This silk hanging (or table runner) has partially appliqued kimono silk blossoms which add a third dimension. There is also some embroidery. The reverse is a beautiful soft cream silk with Japanese figures in a maple forest. This piece is a hand stitched and has hanging tabs on the reverse.
