This is a beautiful vintage cream silk obi. It features finely woven pine trees in gold and other silk threads. Typically, about 70% of the front is patterned and the remainder consists of cream silk as seen in the last image. The reverse is also a cream silk. It would look terrific as a wall hanging, a table runner or across the end of a bed. This obi does not have a stiff inner core.
